Forest Legality Week (FLW) aims to enable dialogue and inspire action to more effectively implement and monitor the legal trade in timber and due diligence measures. FLW draws participants from a range of countries from governments, the private sector, civil society, the scientific community, and service providers such as timber certification bodies.

This year’s Forest Legality Week will take place as an online event and will focus on the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on timber supply chains and due diligence processes, in particular for small and medium enterprises; demand-side policies for forest and commodity supply chains; updates on recent developments in Vietnam, and new early warning systems and deforestation alerts.

The main event will take place over three days, with side meetings on Monday and Friday. You can find an updated agenda and register for the different sessions on the Forest Legality website.

Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in both Spanish and French for all panels.
