Luke Foddy is a Communications Manager with the Nature Crime Alliance, based in the WRI London office. In this role, Luke is responsible for the development and implementation of communications strategies that raise the profile of the Alliance and elevate nature crime as an issue.

Luke has more than 12 years’ experience across PR, marketing and journalism. Before joining WRI, Luke served as Head of Communications at Asia House where he executed the think tank’s PR and marketing strategy, engaging with international media on issues including global trade, sustainability and COP26. He previously worked in press offices for two universities and wrote for the BBC, regional newspapers and magazines.

Luke has a BA in History and an MA in Medieval Studies, and in his spare time can be found in an archive or enjoying the great outdoors with his camera, Charlene.
