Meg is an experienced Development Operations Manager with a proven track record of creating and implementing fundraising strategies that result in sustainable financial resources for scaling programs. She works closely with operational, technical, and research staff to achieve their funding goals, and oversees the use of fundraising systems and processes, including pipeline and proposal development.

With a background in nonprofit fundraising, Meg has worked with various organizations such as Restore America’s Estuaries, the School of American Ballet at Lincoln Center, and the American Red Cross, where she supported coastal habitat restoration, ballet education, and disaster relief efforts, respectively.

Meg holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Public and Nonprofit Management and Policy from NYU Wagner and a Bachelor of Arts from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, FL.

Currently residing in Alexandria, VA, Meg enjoys spending her free time traveling with her husband, Spencer, and playing with their dogs, Bosco and Yetti. She is also an outdoors enthusiast.
