Molly is the Knowledge Tools and Research Associate for the NDC Partnership, where she oversees the online Knowledge Portal and supports internal knowledge management (including the kNook) for the Knowledge & Learning team. She has spent much of her career in sustainable development policy research and on efforts to integrate climate action into economic and development planning.

Prior to joining the Partnership, Molly served as the Research Manager for the New Climate Economy (NCE) Project, where she oversaw the research and preparation of major reports. These included the NCE 2018 Report on inclusive growth and climate action, as well as the Low Carbon Development Initiative (LCDI) inaugural report prepared with the Indonesian Ministry of National Development Planning. Previously, she worked at the World Resources Institute (WRI) on the Post-2015/Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Delivery Team and as a research assistant for the Executive Office. She has also worked in policy outreach at the Center for Global Development (CGD) and on Capitol Hill.

Molly graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, where she studied International & Area Studies and Public Health, and she holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, backpacking, volleyball, and crafting.
