Natalie Ichtertz joined the World Resources Institute in 2007. After serving various roles in WRI’s Climate and Energy Program and working out of WRI China in Beijing she presently works in the Accounting department as the Field Accounting Support Manager collaborating closely with the Accounting and Finance teams in WRI Brasil, WRI India, WRI Indonesia and WRI México.

Prior to WRI, Natalie worked in the field of environmental entrepreneurship with EcoVentures International and the William James Foundation.

Natalie holds a B.S. in Science, Technology and International Affairs with a concentration in Environment from Georgetown University. She later studied Accounting at UVA’s School for Continuing and Professional Studies and is currently a CPA candidate.

She enjoys rock climbing, reading, and traveling. She has lived in Saudi Arabia, Spain, and China..
