Rina is an Instructional Design and Development Manager in the Learning & Development team, a part of WRI's Human Resources, working on the Leadership Academy people management training curriculum, new staff Induction program, and other trainings and projects relating to the Institute's learning management system.

Rina previously worked in WRI's President's Office, serving as the Special Assistant to WRI's former President, Andrew Steer.

She has a master’s degree in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science, an undergraduate degree from the George Washington University, and a Certificate in Digital Photography from Boston University's Center for Digital Imaging Arts.

She lives with her husband, Dan, and dog, Brooklyn, in a modern log cabin amid the mountains and waterfalls of western North Carolina.
